2005 "the Yellow Ribbon Medal"
was given from His Majesty the Emperor. There are 6 different medals that
are awarded by the Emperor;
Red (lifesaving), Green (community service), and Purple (academic accomplishment).
Yellow Ribbon Medal was enacted in 1955 to award the person who exercised
diligence in his profession and became the role model for the other people. |
| Master Craftsman Award in 2000.
The Master Craftsman Award is given to technicians with superb skills who
are recognized as the leading experts in their fields. Since its foundation
in 1964, it has improved the workman's social recognition and is aspired
to by all the craftsman of Japan. |
